Guest 850T-5 Posted February 19, 2007 Report Share Posted February 19, 2007 Might want to change them out because they're Magnecors. They don't typically hold up very well over time. I've tried them, just a waste of money and started having problems after just a few thousand miles. I've heard they actually have more resistance than stock OEM bougi wires making them pretty pointless as an upgrade. IPD started carrying Kingsborne under the IPD name because of so many problems with Magnecor. I've also heard about problems with their support and trying to get warranty replacements. They're just all hype and really suck, especially for the outrageous prices they sell for. how often do we need to change them? The wires are 100 ohms per foot. They are also the the highest rated for inductance of any low resistance wire. They have no interference with audio, video or laptops (stand alone set ups). I can guarantee that. I have a sample set and am testing them out. They are a much higher quality than the Kingsborne. That said I am not sure I can beat the price, I might match it from the group buy previously. I am not sure though. Price is stil being evaluated.They are available in Yellow,Blue, & Red for the time being. I am finding out about Black though I don't see why they wouldn't be. Depends on if he has the silicone jacket though.Unfortunately the site is down for the company. The name is Magstar Racing. He has his stock out for other mnaufacturers at Advance Discount Auto and another chains. He and I are still ironing out some of the other details. Several times. Each time he claims to have them on their way, but they never show up. I made a mistake trusting this guy. Since everybody else got theirs I figured he would be ok to deal with. If there is anyone on here who knows him, I'd appreciate if you contacted him. Don't want to jack this thread, but figured it is worth asking.
