BrickLayer Posted February 22, 2007 Report Share Posted February 22, 2007 i have a 96 850 na 199kwell i capped the air intake going to the exhaust manifol and took the flapper that was inside the airbox off. but while i was doing this the vac line connection to the thermostat broke. soi have 2 questions.1 .is there any long termreason not to cap that part of the air box( i've done some reading and i dont think so)2. if the air box thermostat isnt operational does it matter that i boke it off?thanks Mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
