sox2112 Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 i did a search and couldn't find much info other then for the dynaudio system. i have a c70 coupe w/ the sc-816 hu. from previous posts i have come up w/ these speaker sizes:1 inch tweets on the dash and rear deck4" speakers on the top part of doors8" woofers(mid bass/mid range) on the bottom part of the doors 6.5" speakers on the rear deck does this sound correct? also i have a 4 channel amp...i will use that to power the 4 speakersi have a 2 channel amp for the 8" woofersbut do i have to run tweets to an amp or can i just put new ones in and leave the connection alone?also can i hook up amps to the sc-816?i wanna get speakers in the next day or so...so any help would be great Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

exexpat Posted February 26, 2007 Report Share Posted February 26, 2007 Front door woofers are larger than a standard 8". You can get 8" to work, you'll just be positioning the driver with the screws along the outer frame of the woofer, versus using the woofer mounting holes.
