slick50 Posted March 1, 2007 Report Share Posted March 1, 2007 even better would be to cut a whole in the hood, and custom manifold, and put the turbo outside, above the hood, and put the intercooler right in front of it.I am in the pocess of designing a turbo header that will rap around the back side of the engine on the drivers side. The turbo will sit high enough I will have the hood clearanced . You will see the turbo housing about 1" out of the hood at the firewall. Something different. Not to exotic. FMIC. Piping will be fun.
