Zulu
I welded together the jig today to produce log manifolds for the B5234. Just gauging interest on this as to whether or not there is any reason to even bother producing this. It'll be T3 flanged with an external gate flanged for a Tial/Deltagate, unless otherwise specified (don't know if others cost more or less, will find out if anyone needs). Basically with how the log manifold is set up, you can fit about any size turbo you want (I run a 60 trim). It will be mild steel, SS I suppose can be done at the extra cost, slotted, turbo flange will be threaded & head flange (if possible, bought from Slater, otherwise we will make our own) will not be, to support studs. You'll be getting a spec log manifold.Basically, this is coming out of a metal fabrication & design shop that has existed in South FL for over 20 years...we generally work in custom one-off pieces on anything from south beach homes, artwork, convention kiosks, race boats, tubular manifolds, etc. etc. Top quality design and welds on all pieces, guaranteed work. As it stands we're shooting for the $600s in price for the standard mild steel manifold, it hasn't been set in stone yet as we don't know the costs of materials in bulk considering we don't know how much we need, once a general idea of interest has been set, we'll have set a price. If you have any questions, PM or just put them in this thread.ps - Don't think I need a vendor tag for this? Just trying to throw out something for you guys that's not around, not looking to make cash...Mind you, when looking at the following pictures of my manifold....that was done in a few hours basically and abused numerous times by the acetolyene torch and clamp-stretching. Final products if we end up making any will be far cleaner, I'll post some pictures of our other work later, need to take some pictures.

spottieottie
for $600 that should be in nothing other than SS.
Zulu
for $600 that should be in nothing other than SS.This is based on your experience with what now? While I realize you are producing these already for the community  and that you were planning on buying a log manifold at the right price  ...I don't see where you come up with this. Texas850Turbo
So what's the performance difference between that and a R manifold?
850drag
very nice, how long have you had your manifold on your car? any signs of cracking etc. It looks like a great product, the welds look very strong. nice job
BlackT5
Not sure if you're going to see much interest for 600. Last time I talked to Geoff at full-race, he said he could probably do a log mani for like 450 if there were a few.
terrytcl
i'd be interested in a log manifold with external gate for my 00 v70r.based upon some of the other log manifolds currently on the market for other straigt 4 and 6s...i'd definitely be in at $450.
