JimKW
I have been having a problem with clunking of the window going down and it not going down all the way. I took the door panel off and found this laying in the bottom of the door. I imagine it is the window guide, but don't know what to do at this point. I guess buy a new window guide and get instructions on how to install. Anybody know where to find the instuctions? They are not in Bay 13 for the 850. Ronny
I repaired mine with a piece of galvanized sheet metal and a couple of screws. Not to difficult to do.
TorqueSteer
I just replaced that part on my 850, for my front door. Its about 20-30 dollars from the dealer. You can see the screw on the outside of the door which attaches it, some cars have a rivet, but a bolt with a nut is much easier replace. Youll have to take off the door paneling, and if your hands are small enough you can replace it without taking of the motor and regulator unit, I just removed it all to make things easier. After doing this my door finally sounds like a heavy "luxury car" door when I slam it shut.
