Deuss
I installed 15g on my GLT a few weeks ago, so I decided to hoock up my MBC that I use to use on my 13G. I pluget it all in put nice clamps on it. my vac gauge reads 20 vacuum and when i accelarate i had it set at 10 PSI well after flooring the gas and keeping it at 10 PSI for a few seconds I get a sudden jerk which feels like a fuel cut and my CEL light comes on. I kept setting MBC to lower PSI something like 7 and it still does the same...... I dont know whats going on anyone got any advice?
Andru365
is it spiking past 10psi? That would cause fuel cut.
Oreo931
is your BCS still hooked up? You probably just have the mbc hooked up incorectly
Deuss
no my bsc just hanging there with the electrical wire attached and nothing else. then I Have MBC hooked up so the part that has the pressure spring is conected to the turbo and the other part is hooked up to wastegate that way when turbo reaches certain pressure it pushes the spring open and the pressure is going to the wastegate. And yes i think it throws cel when i go over 10 psi.. but that should not matter with mbc right? would ecu reprogram would help this?
socal850tuner
I have the same sort of problem but at 15psi on my stock ecu. The only way to fix it is to get an aftermarket ecu.
JHEIII874T5M
Load based cut. The ECU sees too much load on the MAF and cuts fuel & spark. I'd stop doing that if I were you.
