Just Enough Info To Hang My Self

So I have read and searched now i get to ask.

I have 95 855T, 15g conical turbo with CAI. Low end not real good, rolls up well at 40mph+. No leaks, no smoke, no noises. Any turbo changes, upgrades, replacement will be waiting for other mods like exhaust, ignition, hoses, and suspension all of wich are under way. No ECU tune is in the future. What can I do to improve low end? Can I shorten actuator rod and not bend any thing? Can I replace actuator and what is recommended? With an automatic should I cap CBV and add BOV before TB? If I replace turbo what does it take to replace conical set up? Is 15g a good turbo? I assume it is an HPT. I'm not a drag racer but would like to be able to get out of the hole a little better. I have EST cat back on order, and will replace IC hoses. Hotter coil and new wires also. Thanks in advance to all turbo geniuse that I know will reply!

where the hell is Snap City???

stock ignition is fine, the Swedes use the stock stuff in their 400whp cars

you can put a manual boost controoler for low end which will result in quicker spool up

you can also pick up the Cam Timing adjustment tool and adjust the gears for better low end

however you are forgetting that you are driving a FWD vehicle, low end power = fairly useless

depending on how many miles and how well maintained your car is/was your turbo might be "tired"

Snap City was put in when VSlegend started with the NE crew stuff and a pissing contest arose. I was just being a wise ass. If your from a north east state, others would say, isnt it obvious from your profile, so i just wanted peoiple to go "huh?" just like you did! any way thanks for the response, i'm from Wolcott. I've got other parts going in so MBC is out for now. 155k on car, everything seems ok. I should do PCV soon, I have kit. i did find a leak today, IC pipes or RMS, I think. What about actuator? I hav read about rplacing it with higher PSI model but not sure if that will help. I have experimented with rod length and found i can get out of the hole alittle better with it shorter, I just don't want to brak anything in the motor. You going to Uconn 4/15?
