And the funny thing is, he is always one of the first to come in here and post up criticism about other members' race stories. IIRC, he especially likes to slam us for racing the Volvo's, because in the end they're Volvos.

Ass hat...

So you and couple of dumA$$es are going over 300% the legal posted speed limit on public roads and your boasting about it? Good job endangering the lives of your fellow motorists just so you can prove that you have lack of neurons in your prefrontal cortex.

Right...because this was done in traffic while passing cars in the lanes directly beside me. Don't get me started on the "endangering the lives of your fellow motorists" discussion.

What you don't realize is that the car can accelerate to 180+ and slow back down to legal speeds in about the same distance and time (probably less) that it takes the average car here to get to 120. Take that and all other factors into consideration next time next time you read about someone taking their car up to those speeds vs. a damn-near NASA ST/SCCA T1-prepped car.

I raced a walking drunk person versus me in my wheelchair. He got a chair length ahead of me, so I hit the boost and pushed him off the curb. He was so drunk he fell over and I hit the finish with three chair lenghts, FTW. Woot woot.

Joe, seriously, is your life that sad and pathetic that you have to come back to Volvo boards consistently to just make fun of beating volvos with your car?

Nope...just found it funny that I (along with Brickster151, apparently being the same person) was challenged by a guy in a Volvo. He started it. :)

However, unless your vette is turbocharged or supercharged, I find it very unlikely that you beat the bike, only way it could have happened is if the gearing on the bike jsut ran out of room. CBR1000RR's run mid 10's in the 1/4.

A Z06 does not necessarily have to be "turbocharged or supercharged" to beat a bike. The said car puts down more power in its naturally-aspirated form than most 346" LSx motors make running forced-induction. It has an additional 101 cubic-inches of displacement, 7 throttle-bodies, and roughly 325 RWHP over stock. I'm leaving it at that. :)

CBR1000RR's run mid 10's in the 1/4.

lol...and? I went 11.34 @ 142 with a ridiculous 1.9 60' on 18" Hoosier R6s with the suspension settings untouched. The car is set up for everything but drag-racing...but did we race from a dig?

As for the personal blows...they mean nothing, and I actually have nothing against you, so we'll just brush them under the rug for now. :)
