Phil94850
for those of you with a narrowband a/f gauge hooked up, when at idle what does your meter do ? mine bounces between rich and on the high end of stoich. It mainly stays in the rich side most of the time driving down the road, idling, ... i have a code come up that my rear o2 is bad so im gonna replace and thats where i have my narrowband hooked up to.. JHEIII874T5M
Yeah, sounds good. Would strongly suggest putting your a/f meter pre-cat, and don't rely on the narrowband a/f gauge for much more than a light show. When splicing the narrowband o2 meters inline with the stock o2's it has been known to throw check engine lights.
Phil94850
i know the narrows not much help. the car has around 200k and im sure the O2's havent been replaced so im not sure if its truly bad or if the narrow is causing the problem. It didnt throw the code until after i installed the narrow, but it was awhile before it started doing it.
