It's actually a old storage facility for Crown Royal (look on the bottle, I think they still say "Waterloo, Ontario"), and is now CIGI (Centre for Inter-Governmental Innovation). The weird black building in the picture with the barrel pyramid is PI which is a research centre for theoretical physics. Both buildings are 3 blocks from my house, and are big reasons why this city is one of the most intelligent in the world!! Boo Yah!Also.. continued thanks for the praise!
