skylerwaite
I don't know if anybody would be interested in this, but i found a good deal on the BSR chip that EST sells. They sell it for $964, but I found this place that will sell it for $895 shipped. not a huge deal (about 7% off), but for all those people that try to save all the money they can like me.http://engstrom.net/cgi-bin/SoftCart.100.e...9533+1177524331
Ross_Da_Boss
its the same price as eurosport because you get a 10% discount for being a volvospeed member.
volvo4lif3
its the same price as eurosport because you get a 10% discount for being a volvospeed member.so are the ppc's good means of safe power for your car? I assume numerous tests have been made, and you can also adverse the programmer if you want to say for warranty work. I will have a car with 27xxx miles thats got a 100k warranty. Good idea to get a programmer or not? I want a little bit of power, and don't want it to affect warranty. I would assume they couldn't tell anything was done to it or not if something were to happen, could they?

Ross_Da_Boss
umm 995 less 10%= 995-99.5=895. Which is the same price.
skylerwaite
oh do they ship for free?
Ross_Da_Boss
no but i doubt it will cost a lot considering a ppc probably weighs about a lb. Plus eurosport seems like it is more legit then engtrom considering that when I went to check out of engstrom, the security certificate on the site was expired. I may just be biased cause I liked the service at eurosport a lot.

No way a 2.5T which has 205hp stock, will bump up to over 300hp just with a programmer. Must be a typo. I read elsewhere it was around 240-250. BtownVolvo
I love my BSR PPC. but it really blows that i can't get a custom tune. That said, i wish i had known iPd was coming out with a softloader and i would have waited.
