What Would Value This Car At...1979 264l W/38k Miles

I don't have pics, but I just drove a really low-mileage 1979 264L with 38k miles. The one and only owner was a local Reverend, and his plaque is still on the dash. The original sales receipt and records are all there. The paint is faded on the roof and hood, but there is almost zero rust.It drives well but there is a vacuum pump that makes a little noise when warm, and a minor coolant leak.It is the infamous V6 with a 3 speed automatic. It is a neat car that a local Volvo guru is selling, but he's asking $3800.The mileage (if true, which it very well may be) is really low,but I've seen 240s with 200k that were just as clean, and the V6/auto combo isn't my favorite thing. He thinks it could bring $5000 on eBay.Any thoughts on value?

It should bring over 3k on ebay, I doubt it would reach 5k though. Now if this were not the V6, I could see it reaching 5k on ebay.

As this is one of, if not the worst engine Volvo ever made, and the trans is serious hunk of junk, I would not touch this car for 3800, not while one could buy almost any older 240 in decent shape and restore it to equal or superior shape for the same money. Also note a lot of the V6 cars came with gas guzzler tax when new.
