I just want to try a 19t tune or similar with some smaller injectors and see what happens.I got the same thing with green injectors, said they were fine, but ran pig rich. He also had no documentation proving that: A) The ECU was actually upgraded by John Ross (or any other RICA distributor for that matter), nor that B ) the ECU did in fact contain upgraded RICA Software. Without some type of documentation, we were not able to verify that the ECU in question was in fact upgraded with RICA software, nor that it was obtained from a valid RICA distributor at the time.The fact is that in no situation have we turned away any clients of John Ross from providing ECU services for those clients; each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis with the agreement of RICA, at a nominal charge. He said that he would have to talk to RICA because he agreed to support John's customers for ONLY 3 months, and its been over 6 months now. But I dont think the time frame should have anything to do with it. The reason I bought rica over every other company is simply because of the ability to do remaps whenever I do mods that require them. I dont have the funds to do every mod I have planned in 3 months, or even a year. I just want remaps avalible to me when I need them, whenever that may be. He also told me "We offer the $100 remap service to subsidize the remap costs for our customers. In cases like yours where John Ross made the profit off the initial sale, we do not have the same ability to subsidize the remap costs." which made me also think that he wasnt gonna help me out. Well see when I need a manual map how this situation is resolved.Basically the only hopefull thing he said was that he would ask RICA, but then gave himself a couple outs afterwords, which to me gave the impression he wasnt gonna help.I know this whole mess is not Georges fault, its Johns and partially RICA for using John to distribute thier software. George is limited to only what RICA agrees to do. I just hope RICA will agree to do remaps through George at normal rates for all of Johns customers. George has been nothing up honest throughout this process, but he still has someone he has to report to. And all I want is just to be able to get a remap when I need it.
