It could be that the car hasn’t been driven for a couple of weeks. I didn’t want to rev the engine while the springs were cold, so I started the engine, let it warm up to ~150 degrees, got the camera on the tripod, then I restarted the car. I’m hoping it was carbon buildup. There are no cats on this car and the mufflers are straight through.I love how the whole car shakes when revs it up...My dad's truck does tooA guy I went to high school had a truck like that. I was very jealous at the time. This was in 1992-93 and he had that truck and I had a 1981 320i. Hilton Posted May 13, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 13, 2007 I got home from the track a little while ago. Without using the nitrous I ran a best of 12.5. I'm disappointed.Now it's time for excuses.It was hot as hell.I only was able to run 3 times in 4 hours.I "bogged" off the line terribly.any shots of the exhaust?Yeah, I've got a bunch.
