Anthrpicdecadnce
Where can i find my engine number? FCP says i can look on the sticker. but theres no number that resembles what they have. the only number on that sticker is part no. 6821654serial number 971039B5234T3 (hell yeah)umm.. and the other sticker has little number that says 943.i dunno if this helps, but i have one of the earlier s70 t5's, manufactured in february 1997 (yes, february 1997). my engine has single mass. is mine the earlier engine? Keaton85
Yes what are you trying to get out of these numbers anyway? are you trying to figure out if you have single or dual mass or are you trying to find out if you have a mechanical or hydraulic tensioner? Guest Guest
Read the FCP page again . This is simple. Your engine number is 971,039. The page says "Timing components up to engine #1,266,127". This is for you. The other part says "Timing components after Eng# 1,266,128". This is not for you. Comprendo :D

gdizzle
There is a sticker on the timing belt cover. There is also a sticker on the hood on the passenger side.
