That has nothing on the $65M house in Pacific Heights. $/sqft is highest of anywhere.

The house at 2845 Broadway sold for $32M in 2002, now it's selling for $65M. Size is 14,342 sq ft. At the former price it's over $2,200 per square foot. It's now a bit over 20,000 sq ft.

Benefits? You'll be living next to Levis Straus heirs and Larry Elison.

Wasn't trying to start a pissing match over property values...merely posted a property that's within pissing distance.

Besides...as nice as some parts of SF may be, you could not pay me enough to live there. It's a difference in lifestyle that simply can't be compared to parts of the lower Peninsula for reasons which I won't even begin to describe.

Man, even if I win the jackpot on lottery, I can't see myself living in that house.....too fucking big and I'll get lost in it.

True. The place you posted is gorgeous though. Similar to the Filoli place, if you've been there. Not often you see a Tuscan villa-styled house here.
