Filling up on the way out to the beach. Check out the wheel tuck in the back. Wish it looked like that everyday. Maybe its time to chop the Weitechs.

The payload: gf in the front seat, three more friends in the back seat, sub, amps, large cooler full of drinks, and assorted beach paraphernalia in the trunk.

On the way there we drove through a massive cloud of lovebugs. It sounded like heavy rain and eventually we went through a full reservoir of windshield fluid and couldn't see through the windshield. Apparently I wasn't the only one, because every gas station we passed was full of motorists with squeegees in hand and the first auto parts shop I visited was completely out of windshield washer fluid.

Here's how it looked once I got home.

And, just for kicks, here's a nice old Volvo I see every Sunday morning at work.

I felt a great disturbance in the force.....as if a million tiny voices cried out in pain and then fell silent by the rath of the Volvo.....

LOL, I thought the exact same thing at some point. Whenever I stopped at a light once we were back into town I could see ppl in other cars pointing and laughing.
