Drew Posted June 3, 2007 Report Share Posted June 3, 2007 Just wanted to throw this up. I got the P0442 code on my wife's 98' S70 LPT. After doing a bit of searchin' I found that a common problem is the "J" hose on the canister cracking. The canister is back near the rear suspension toward the passenger side. All I did was cut about 1" off of both ends of the "J" hose and used 2 clamps to put it back on. I snapped some pics.
