Gioseppe Posted June 21, 2007 Report Share Posted June 21, 2007 well considering i can't search for anything with less than 3 characters (MY), why don't you help me out a little?there is someone who owes me cash that is going to do it for me anyway. i know, lame, but i'm just not that experienced.k. read the faq's and learn some acronyms. then read the how to search thread and learn about wildcards.after that, you'll know all about volvos and you'll figure out that you probably will run into some hiccups and then realize that it would be easier, and more likely than not cheaper to just rebuild your engine with stronger rods. then get a nice tune with a couple other mods and you'll have your 300hp.if you still really want to do it then it should be a pretty straightforward swap, both cars are me7 cars, the new engine should bolt up to your tranny, and if you're going to put an s60r engine in with your 16t i'm going to call you a dumbass. you'll need to get your ecu tuned by a reputable tuner who can make the changes based on the new engine so call around and see who can/will do that.good day.
