Zappo Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 well, i waited 3+ months for my pistons. rods took a couple of months, but I wasn't planning on doing anything with them at that time, and they said it would take that long. pistons were supposed to take 1 week.Mike's rods took way longer than planned too. I don't know if it's R-Sport or their manufacturers, but bottom line is that R-sport should get better manufacturers if it is indeed the manufacturer's fault.They should have had the rods in stock. When I was trying to get mine a month and a half ago, they had ordered 10 sets in addition to like 3 or 4 sets they were having shipped 2 day international. I didn't get any of those because they found me a set in the US and I bought them. I can't believe they went through all of those sets already.I can see how they made the mistake and they should correct it ASAP once you contact them. Getting the rods and the Wisecos machined and assembled. Also getting a full port and polish and a valve job done on the head. I definitely got to stand next to some POWERFUL blocks today...
