Jesus Posted June 13, 2007 Report Share Posted June 13, 2007 So, I'm sitting at my desk and all of a sudden it sounds like someone's throwing rocks at my window. I try to remember if I should've been expecting any visitors and get up to look out the window when the torrential rain starts. That's when I say, "Oh crap!" and run to the door.Here you can see the hail bouncing off the car and littered all over the driveway.Was afraid bigger stones would come down, but thankfully they didn't get much bigger than these.Tried throwing comforters on the car, but the wind made quick work of them. I didn't think about driving it to a garage, though. Was too busy getting soaked trying to keep a comforter on the car. Next time I'll take it across the street to the wash-it-yourself place and park in one of the bays. Or clean out the garage so we can fit two cars in there.
