I forget what the problem was but I was looking at Rod's car a while ago and there was something in the way.

I have a part-time system builder with two x70's so maybe I'll revisit it and see what's up.

I just looked at his S70.

I suppose it is possible to fit two 52mm gauges in there, but you're going to lose your coin tray and little 'pocket area' thing. It's also going to be about 1 or 2 mm from touching the heated seat switches.

One gauge would be better than two, since the gauge would rest between the switches. In this config you could also jump up to a 60mm if you wanted.

Overall, though, to build this is going to be much harder than the 850. Your screws are going to have to be in the middle of the pod, also. You can't hide them at the top like the 850s - unless you want to screw into the dash.

For the right money I'd make one, but honestly, I'd rather not. :lol:

For the 850? Pretty cheap. They take several hours but I only charge for ~1 hour of labor and no materials cost. Definitely wouldn't do that for a non-VS member.

I sort of owed Bill a favor so I made him this glass one for the price of an ABS one.

I don't know what I will charge for the X70s. I don't really want to mess with it. :lol:
