giantrobot9000 Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 I've got a 94 850 Turbo,and I followed this- http://volvospeed.com/850slight.php -to turn off my service light.On the first try,after starting the car it went out,but after I shut down and started it again it came back.What gives? giantrobot9000 Posted July 2, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 No button.I just tried the reset,and what it does is after the first 4 presses,the light will come on and stay for about 2 seconds.When I press it the next time,it flashes once,the flashes twice and then twice again.When I press it five times,the light stays on again for 2-3 seconds,and after the final press,it does the 1-2-2 thing again.Is it giving me a code? A 1-2-2 in A7 is the ECT sensor interval too long, so just clear that.After pressing 4 times, push the button while the light is on. I think you might have waited too long.
