stick70
sweet, thanks carson!Bit of an update, after all of the mysterious ticking and knocking noises were diagnosed i have since put about 20k on the new engine.Decided recently to do an oil cooler and oil pan swap from an 05 XC90 along with an r-manifold and heat sheilds. The cooler mounts on the back of the oil pan, idk if anyone has done it before, but it eliminates the leaky/annoying oil cooler lines on the radiator. Pics will be up soon, im waiting on my sister to get back with the dang camera. Also decided to install a GReddy egt gauge which actually jump started this all into reality. stick70
definately not the rods im thinking its actually a sticky lifter, but its not really that loud, i shall find out for sure when i pull the valve cover off probably after i finish this, the lifters were the only thing i didnt replace during the build. They were put back in the right places, but they have 190k on them now and have been out of the car twiceEDIT: i have the fat rods btw, i guess the os1 bore made them clear, i have no block mods other than that
