I bought the first set in August and I'm starting to see cracks in the rubber boots after just less than 6 months of use. Will see how much longer the boots will last but it doesn't look like long. Tomtbone, do you have an estimate on how long the boots last on your links? I've had unpleasant experience with ScanTech links that had boots cracked in less than a year and be completely torn after about year and an half and hope the story does not repeat with these. (coat the rubber with something?)I doubt you can coat the rubber with anything to help last longer other than heat patches . The minor frost looks like is killing the boots.
