Well, I have a little news here. I think I will be able to get just the rubber/neoprene boots themselves, I just don't know what the cost will be. These would be replacement boots especially for those in harsh climates. They are very easy to replace, you just slip the only one off and put the new one on and you are all set. I tried some polyurethane boots and they just don't stay on, I'm not really sure why someone would use them.

Anyway, I will sell the boots just at cost (not sure what that is yet) plus shipping. The shipping should be cheap though as I should be able to ship them in a small padded envelope via USPS.

With new orders, I will give the option on the ordering page to add them to the order with no shipping charge since they would just go in the same box as the endlinks.

Hopefully I can get them cheap, I am just waiting to hear back on the price.

I will be the first in line for two sets of new boots. I hope they will be better than originals. It makes me hard to believe that these are original BMW links that someone mentioned in the beginning of this thread. Maybe they are BMW but not OEM.

Thats correct they are BMW spec., but not OEM. IF they were BMW OEM parts, these things would be like $300. :P

Thanks for the orders guys, I am waiting to get things in from a new supplier to check for quality, then I will order a bunch. If at any time you get sick of waiting just let me know.

Hi Tom,

How are things working out with that new supplier? When do you think you will be able to ship?

Thanks,

DZ

How do you prevent these from rubbing the frame?? Especially on lowered cars? The ball joint is HUGE compared to stock...

The best way would be to thread the stud the whole way down. This way you won't need the spacer and the BJ will move away from the inner fender. I'm going to buy a new set of endlinks to do that plus upgrade to castle nuts instead of nylocs.
