The reason is because they sent it west before it came back east. Its stupid, why would they send it from the DE/PA border to Harrisburg so it could come back to Rhode Island. Its like heading up to Maine when you want to go to Florida.One time, a package shipped with Fedex to me was being route to Central state before heading back to NW. The shipper lived in Colorado.
