General Disarray
My friend has a Geo Metro with a PVC intake and a custom vacuum cleaner motor turbo with PVC intercooler pipes and a Mack intercooler. I think he has some more power with the addition of stickers, custom frenched tails, smoked headlights, 10" spinners, and a F1 style spoiler on the roof Do you think my 1995 volvo 850 turbo with a rebuilt turbo and rebuilt head will take him on? Or will I have to do some extra mods to my car? I believe a card board body kit might give me a better chance.

ACES70
You would pull on him once your turbo spools, but that doesnt happen until like 3000RPM so you better make it a long race. If its hot out though his PVC piping might heat soak less than yours as well. Geo>Volvo
EdubT5m
 The card board body kit will probably give you a fighting chance... honestly tho, its not looking to good for you. How many stickers are on this car? (each sticker = 10hp) . As long as he doesnt have a hood scoop you should be good.
