I was having the same issues...decent high rpm boost levels, but low rpms weren't generated over 2-3psi. The exhaust was also significantly louder. Pounded on the wastegate lever about 30 times and it went back into place. I went for a drive and had a few 3-4 second 19psi pulls and the wastegate came out of alignment again. It only took 3 taps from the hammer to put it back in place, but I'm sure it'll booger up again. Anyone had this problem/know what to do about it?
