Subwoofer Box Volume....

Alright well, I got two Kappa Perfect 10.1's. Recommended box volume is .6cu ft. Now, the thing is, this seems pretty small, understandably, its a sealed box but heres my question -- Is it .6 cu ft total box volume or .6cu ft PLUS the volume of the subwoofer its self? I'm looking at around 8" deep by 11.5" by 11.5" for one side.

My other questions.....

Does the box have to be a perfect rectangle or will it be fine with rounded corners, perhaps an angled side..?

Will it sound off if the two boxes are the same volume sealed but different shapes?

How thick do I need to make the boxes with fiberglass?

Should I reinforce it internally with wood or anythign or will straight fiberglass do it? I can't find a good source on this stuff online right now...

I guess I need rings for the subs...where can I get them or should I just make my own?

I'm making two rectangular-ish boxes, one for either side behind the wheels in the trunk and I'm going to do my amp wrack in the spare wheel well.
