Pops Racer
Well, this was the non-of-the-above forum choice. Move it or blast it if you like. I just got finished with a radiator install on my '95 855T. Went well, all things considered. New tranny and oil o-rings, seals, and retainers. Coupla new hose clamps, some yellow fluid and distilled water cocktails, time to test. Run static , top off fluid, and off to the hiway. Its a winding 65mph 4 laner going into Litchfield Co. CT, beauty ride. So, I roll 10mi up the road checking for leaks once, and mash it to 95, holds 3/4 on stock gauge like a champ, kills the hill, and holds the road well too. Back down hiway, happy as a clam about my handy work, seems car runs even better with new radiator, if thats possible. 60mph in right lane, Bimmer 328xi rolls up on left and I jump on his tail, up to 95 mph, no prob.I was able to easily stay with him at that speed for 5 miles, even when I was forced to take the outside line on a corner, a bit off camber, got me a little hinky. He made a crazy move to the slow lane when traffic showed up but I backed down and got comfortable again. I have no idea what his car can do, but with no real heavy engine mods and a pretty good suspension package, and a 12 yr old station wagon I was damn happy. That is the first time since I finished my stage 0 and basic pipe and hose mods that I tried to run my car against another. I love this freakin car and it's gett'n a little weird. ;)

Volvoson
Doesn't sound like a bad encounter, and good job backing off after you guys caught up to traffic.
