What Is The Name Of That Black Pc Box By Or Under The Manifold?

I replaced my fuel pump and I thought it was the cause of my car making a breating noise problem I was having. It stalled once on me and wouldn't crank. Apparently the dealer is tellign me it could be a black PC plastic box located inside or near the manifold. How hard is to replace this myself to save & hours of labor from the dealer? how much does it cost to order this part? Thanks for your assistance guys

im not getting what yer talking about. and if you dont have a clue as to what a black box somewhere in the engine is then im not sure i would suggest you to replace it. Umm, guesses as to what is plastic and boxed shaped, is ecu, traction stuff, airbox? did your dealer tell you more than a black pc box? as in it has computer stuff in it? also what is the noise your talking about? please also describe the problem your having includeing the time line.also does the post below sound what yer talking about? http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php?showtopic=81967

Its under the manifold. I already found it. i'll take it to the dealer to replace it. The throttle is retty clean so I don't think that is what is causing the stalls and sluggish engine
