I used worm drive hose clamps when I did my PCV and they are holding up fine.

They can be found at your local auto parts store.

Thanks. I thought I had read somewhere on VS a few months back that worm drive would (or could) tear up the hose. I think I was reading up on silicone vac hoses at the time.

You can do it as long as where its parked you will be able to leave it there overnight if all doesn't go as planned. I did a write up after doing mine. Check it out - some good tips in addition to other good write ups on the subject.

For silicon vac lines and turbo hoses its probably not a good idea, but if you put these on and leave them on the hose (not constantly install and remove, etc) then you wont have any problems. at least i dont.
