Bad quality really, poor weld work etc. A few monthas after install, honeycomb came loose and I had to replace it again, this time using a Magnaflow which is still holding up, in spite of a low frequency drone it produces.Perhaps you may want to check www.macautoparts.net. PharmD Posted August 30, 2007 Report Share Posted August 30, 2007 I'd say in this case buying the cheapest thing is probably not the best idea (e.g. Davico). Though FCP has some incredible deals on stuff, it's not always necessarily anywhere near genuine Volvo part quality. If you're going to go for something less than OEM, I'd consider a brand along the lines of Magnaflow or an equivalent. Avoiding no-names might be a good idea.
