Audio Premium Sound System Sc 801

hi i think i might have found the right forum at last

but i have a problem with my sc 801 premium sound system it has stopped playing any cds it shows a message on the head unit as EO2 i have a 6 disc changer unit .

i am a 22 year old nurse and get lonely without it when driving the 22 miles each shift without it.

Now, being a 22 year old nurse, I'm baffled as to why nobody has replied.

I too have an SC801 - if it's showing EEEE, make sure the changer is actually connected :

1. Pull out the head unit by pushing in the two vertical clips (they'll pop out) and then pulling the whole unit out with them.

Inspect the back of the unit for a cable called 'changer' or something like that...if it's plugged in, then you may have a break in the cable somewhere
