Brendon800's 93 850 Interior Swap

Thanks again bro. As it turns out, we took our time, and good thing we did. The dash he pulled came out of an 850 without Auto climate control and mine has auto. The duct work needed to be changed, so that was a little bit of extra work. I somehow unhooked one wire going to the passenger heated seat and now I'm going to pull the seat again to get it hooked back up. I was quite amazed at how simple everything(besides the dash, which I had VERY little to do with) was to swap out. Can't wait to get my info switch so my new trip computer works :) Anyway, thanks again!

u should of left the dash and door panels tan. kinda matches the black seats

Has anyone done this before? I was thinking about it the the other day. I have the tan interior in my 94 turbo. was thinking about doing the headliner black, black seats, black inserts in the door panels, etc.... Something to make the black and tan contrast together. Would like to see some pics if anyone has or just let me know if this is a horrible idea.

I was thinking about doing a full swap but I think it would be much easier for me to go two tone. My car needs all kind of stuff so I don't know what to get first and whatnot, plus money is tight. Im working on it slowly but surly. Thanks for the pics.

Mine's sort of two-tone, the carpet is tan, so are the lock buttons! Still waiting on those bro :-P

I went this route, kind of. I have light beige interior with wood dash. I've added shifter boot, door inserts, and (soon) steering wheel from a Yellow. All in black suede. The crowning victory was a set of tan 850R seats (beige leather and suede with black piping). I am finishing the install today with the driver's seat. Then I will put some black cutaway style sheepskins on them to heighten the contrast and (more importantly) to protect the seats from wear and tear.

I'll try to post some pics later. I think it looks pretty good...

:)
