I'm looking at eBay pics, I can see a couple of 97 GLT's with oval tail-pipe (just like our V70 NA). A 'neighbor' on our street has a wrecked 850 with 95-97 sedan tail-light and rectangular exhaust tip (like most Turbo 850's), I want to know if I can if it's an LPT (therefore, a '97) before I even make any proposition to buy it, won't do me any good if it's an NA. Don't wish to embarass myself or give our neighbor false hope either. On the same note, is $300 a reasonable offer (assuming it's LPT). Judging from the damage, it's not worth fixing.Said 'neighbor' is not even an acquaintance, they live about two blocks from me. So you can see my reservation, I would definitely pull all my strength and ask about it, if I have a good feeling it's LPT.I think it could.
