Rebuilt Racing Trans

Looking for interesed buyers for a Automatic racing trans. Friend of mine is parting out his totalled 850R

Heavy duty rebuilt transaxle

master overhaul kit

kit includes new:

gasket and seal kit

clutch and steel discs (not the paper discs from volvo)

o-ring, sealing rings

bearing kit

shift solenoid "A"

shift solenoid "B"

pressure control solenoid

lock up solenoid

shift kit

Heavy duty torque converter

Fins were welded to the torque converter and baked in an oven so the welds can withstand the pressures (or something to that effect). Stall speed set between 2500-2700 approx. new gear position sensor. trans housing was shot peened with glass beeds and completely cleaned (i would have eaten off of it).

Valve body / solenid springs were changed so they open/close different.

Trans has about 500-1000 miles on it. Car is getting parted out.

Looking to get what was paid for it. $3k The trans s amazing!!

I let him know of the questions. While the car was running there was a test at the track to know time differences between stock and modified. He's looking for the time slip. I know on the road there was an incredible difference noticed after the trans was in the car . The car never actually got dyno tested. I'm sure the trans Co. that did the work coul give him a good d\idea though. I'll try to find out and let you guys know.
