station7guy Posted September 21, 2007 Report Share Posted September 21, 2007 hi all, new to this group. i have a small oil leak that looks like it's coming from the turbo oil feed line. also have auto trans. fluid leak coming from pan. i'm guessing just need new o-rings on the oil line and trans. pan gasket. question is, any tricks or do's/don't do's for this job. do you recommend a certain type of auto trans fluid, replace a/t filter? thanks in advance. 2001T5 Posted September 24, 2007 Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 Welcome to the forums.I had my turbo oil lines fixed at the dealer, and it would have cost around $100.Depending on your car, there might not be a tranny filter. Also use Mobil 3309 tranny fluid. Do a search on these boards for more details, since this topic has been covered atleast once a month.All of this depends on the model of your car though.....
