TorqueSteer
Cam timing is something that you can do on any car...with cams lol. Youll notice a difference, just dont follow the guidelines that those give for adjusting the turbo cams, (i.e... +3, +3 will give you the best gain...etc...) what setting works for you will be different than the settings that work for me. I can guarantee you that it will take a few trys to get it right, with the cam settings being so sensitive. His name isn't Andy is it?? If so, I'm friends with him and his younger bro....he lives 5 minutes away from me hah...he has the tool and and we were going to do our cams at the same time when he did his timing belt in a few weeks.I'm glad someone wrote up on this, because I was pretty concerned about the effects of tweaking the cams would do. Will this work if you have an n/a exhaust cam in there too? Or do you only see benefits with stock turbo cams.

GShyneDM
I see your 1° play and raise you to 3° play useful tool all right but mine's so inaccurate it leaves something to be desired+1... but it is fun to play with... if you have the time/patience.Right now im back at stock of I-0, E+4... i dont know why my car is like that... but something else isnt lined up right for my engine/cam wheel. Marzocchi
Are you sure the exhaust mark on the tool is correct? Mine was at I 0° E +8° stock. My timing marks are spot on and I locked the cam from the other side so they should be 0 0 and the tool is telling +8° exhaust.
