Oreo931
I go to subway 4 to 5 times a week. That is much lunch about everyday during the work week. $6.16 for 6 inch meal... not too bad You should go to Yang's mother. She only charges $5 for a 6 inch meal.

aldebaran
Me either and I'm in a Subway ~5 times a month. Hopefully it's not a regional-only promotion. I'll have to keep an eye out for it. Last time I was in there I did see a sign for some new sandwich but I don't think it was this. Btw, if you're looking for a new sauce, they keep the teriyaki sauce used on the Sweet Onion Teriyaki sandwich with the rest of them, unmarked. Just ask for it on any sandwich. That is my favorite sauce. I usually ask them to drown my Sweet Onion chicken teriyaki sandwich with it. I got two colleagues hooked on it too. I'll check out the pulled chicken this Friday. Fudge_Brownie
Not too horrible for you... 310 cal for 6inch... 6 g of fat I was in line behind a ginormasaurus-rex and she gets up to the plate and orders 3 foot longs: 2 meatballs, and 1 ranch bacon chicken. Off the top of my head, those two of the highest fat highest calorie subs they offer. I bet she thinks the Jared diet will work for her Dave: note that those stats probably assume no cheese, where most people add cheese. This is the same for the "low fat" sub options. Cheese is almost expected, but they do the nutritional values based on no cheese. The person behind the counter always asks "what cheese" as if cheese is expected as well. I don't care, I want the cheese. But anyone on a diet might be surprised.
