Back story: I went to get something from a friend (girl) and was told that just minutes before her roommate and friend were showering when they looked up and saw a phone pointed at them. The guy was video taping them shower and stole one of the girls towels. Fucked up situation but the cop wasn't too aware of what was going on. He saw me enter the building after the incident and actually ask one of the girls how they were....then as i left 5 minutes later i guess he had short term memory loss.
