My CC debt was from three moves. It got me through school and I'm happy about that.

Now I'm going back to school and I'm paying cash for tuition, books, living etc. My parents for the first time since I was 16 offered to help ($$) but I don't like taking money from them. They worked their ass off for theirs and I'll do the same.

I almost totaled my car on the way to work this morning. I am in the middle lane on a crowded 3 lane hwy doing 60 in a 55. Some dumbass kid in the right lane decides to change lanes into my lane. I was in his blind spot. But his lane change wasn't a normal, slow one. It was a fast and aggressive one. Anyways, this kid came INCHES from hitting me before I violently swerved out of the way. There were cars in the left lane too so I couldn't just move over. I've never been so scared that I was going to lose control of my car before. It took a couple swerves back and forth before I was able to gain control of the car again. Doing that shit at 60mph is not fun, especially on a crowded highway.

Just felt like ranting.

Anyways, looks like I won't be needing my morning coffee today! I already shit myself on the way to work!

?? You know an apple has more calories than a coffee, and the coffee's caffiene will raise his heart rate burning a few more (probably negligable) calories, right?

So hows this for fail. GF's car starts running rough while visiting her mom. She leaves it there, they take it to a shop. Shop gives it back, still running rough. They go back to the shop. Misfiring on cylinder 1. Shop tries the following: new spark plugs, new wires, new coilpack, compression test, and swaps fuel injectors. Still misfiring bad on cylinder 1. He returns the car and says he has no idea, might be faulty wiring. I hear all this and suspect bad wires to the fuel injector.

My brother and I take a look at it. He hooks a timing light up to the wire and verifies spark. We put a multimeter on the fuel injector harness and while we didn't know what to expect for values, it didn't look weird. He suggests we pull the plug and see what it looks like, and I'm saying we should gap it real small. When he pulls the new plug out, he notices a crack running down the middle of the plug. New plug, all is fixed

No, it isn't. But I don't see how a sugar-free dairy-free coffee would do him a disfavor unless he's fighting a problem with scurvy

2L diet, and the study linking aspartame to brain cancer was flawed, and later found inconclusive. I wish I could figure out an effective way to get it to my apartment easier/larger quantities. I'd drink 4L a day if it wasn't such a pain in the ass to buy and lug home that many. [/deadhorse]

The shop put in new spark plugs and one of the new ones were cracked?

That's what it looks like. We guessed faulty plug from the manufacture. (Motorcraft)

However, what caused the original symptoms, I'm not sure. No one involved with the car remembers the last time the spark plugs were replaced, and I didn't get to see the original plug. Might have been worn. Or it may have been the coil pack.

What did you eat for lunch on July 17th, 1999?

I like my coffee black just like my metal.

Maybe you need to drink some more water. 8x eight oz glasses a day is the rule of thumb isn't it? That's 64oz (a 2L is 67.6 oz)
