shit,

just found out my new to me DP is not matching up to my exhaust so i need to find a new CAT.

next, my mech just told me my tranny is dripping. please be the front seal.

shit. i have so much into this already i don't need to be buying all kinds of more stuff.

on top of concrete in basement. hardwood below grade is dangerous.

brazian parju harwood upstairs. no carpet on the first floor. tile and wood.

remember i did tile so there's tons all over.

a drywall ceiling would of been cheaper. i couldn't relax not knowing where my pipes are.

It would be a good investment, the street is mostly students now and it's walking distance to UF. But why deal with a 56 yr old house rental property when it's in FL and you're in DC ? Even if I found you some solid tenants (I have had a few requests), it's still be a lot of headaches for you.

But tell you what: Paypal me $250,000 and it's yours. Deal ?
