Last night was shorts, tshirt, empty pockets, and my cell phone in my hand. what? you keep your cell phone on you when you run? Is it so your GF can call you can keep track of you at all hours of the day? I don't like leaving the house without my phone. I use the stopwatch to time my runs, google maps in case I want to try a new path, camera in case I see something interesting, etc. Plus it's a fairly rural area, it's not like living in the city where you're always around other people. Was running last night and it was a warm 33F not including wind chill and humidity factors i run everyday sometimes twice a day in syracuse and i have never had this problem, do you just have a virus? Nope, this has been something I've always experienced in the cold. More pronounced when riding my bike, but if it's cold and I'm breathing heavily, my throat will hurt.
