My initial thought was "chuckle" why did it take 8 years for ipd to come up with something like this for those cars?It looks like a nice kitEDIT: more like 12 years to come up with something - 04 R was out mid 2003

mattsk8
Most likely Internet Explorer. I only have access to IE on my work computer and quoting doesn't work on it. IE sucks. It was IE. FireFox is back in control. iPhone works Haven't been on in a while. How was Elton John? CES was incredible.

andyb5
New owner... No clue if the new owner finally gave them the kick in the ass needed to get it to market, but this turbo is something they've been working on for years.
NEU
wasn't that a year ago? Your an engineer, how long do you think R&D this complicated takes? Who knows how long this has been in the pipeline, but my have just gotten the green light to run with it... Especially since p2R are cheaper for enthusiast to mod... No clue if the new owner finally gave them the kick in the ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD needed to get it to market, but this turbo is something they've been working on for years. I've noticed since the new owner that IPD has stepped up its game to compete with other shops and have come out with a lot of nice things recently... Kevin.
I'm really happy that iPD is finally making performance parts and not fancy painted bolts. Good for them

Piston Slapper
From the intro on their turbo page, this made me laugh so hard: If you drive a 2004-2007 R model, you’re a part of an elite group of Volvo enthusiasts. The R model is one of the most advanced performance vehicles, even compared to models offered today. Also, they're using the word "Boostability"

MattyXXL
From the intro on their turbo page, this made me laugh so hard: You cant blame them for marketing to a group who would suck their own cocks if they could.... (Im not saying all P2R owners, so relax.. Im saying the majority of them , including 99% of SS.)
Piston Slapper
Indeed, I guess it is good marketing if they're targeting the 'SS members who don't work on their own cars and have too much money for their own good' market.
