This paperwork is pretty to the point but the thing is I didn't get my car "repaired" because I just threw on winter wheels. I am going to expect nothing but send this paperwork back with a full explanation, pictures, copy's of receipts for the wheels, and an explanation of why I couldn't have my car "repaired" (these rims are unavailable for my car now) and I don't want new ones but I'll exclude my desires about that.
