I always wondered thisI work all over Capitol Hill when I'm in DC, I have places to be and won't think twice about j-walking. I always wondered thisLast time I heard about some one getting hit it was in my small ass town and two dumb ass kids walked out in front of a jeep I think and got dominated. The light was green and they were in the crosswalk. I am pretty sure the driver didn't get charged with anything. My understand was always that if you are at a signaled crosswalk and you don't obey the signal you are at fault. Only if there is one of those signs that say 'must stop for people in crosswalk' do you always have to yield. Though I don't see many of those except in small town centers like mine.So if I was you I'd prolly just use the horn and your finger and yell.
