Denovae Posted October 2, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 2, 2007 Here are some of my hotlaps in FSone - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zi12Ot-OlXci've always taken the stance that using F1 cars in such games is trivial because of traction / stability control. in FM2 if i had hit the sand ( like you did after turn 6 ) w/o traction / stability control i'd be in the wall no questions asked. USMC850T Posted October 2, 2007 Report Share Posted October 2, 2007 I only use traction control on low because a lot of times it gets in the way of early acceleration out of a corner. In the first 2 laps going into the final corner you can see me bobble - no stability control it's me catching the car each time. As far as the sand goes, the reason you can go off and on like that is the downforce i had on the car. If you watch indy or F1 or champ you will see drivers do exactly the same thing, so I don't feel it is unrealistic at all. I love to drive the champ and F1 cars because they really force you to be incredibly precise with your braking, turn in, and acceleration points otherwise you will be horribly slow. Denovae Posted October 2, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 2, 2007 i'm pissed at xbox live... the trueskill match sucks balls. everyone goes to the hot laps / career scoreboard on the forza community site and looks you up prior to racing so no one within my true skill region considers racing me... yet i can't get matched with the people who would.
